		<description>Thank you!  I really need this today. I have set goals for myself and then flounder about trying to figure out where to start, and feeling depressed.  You are so correct!  Sitting here staring at my computer, I typed in &#039;self-discipline&#039;... and BOOM! There you were!  Just what I needed to get me up off my butt!  So I&#039;m going out to cut the grass right now (been trying to make myself do it since I woke up this morning) and then I&#039;m taking my butt for a good walk.  That will be my &#039;everyday&#039; thing to get me started back on track. Thanks again!!</description>
