Did you see the FTC is requiring bloggers to be transparent in product mentions? This made me think about your post (above) earlier this year. I didn't even know that the FTC considered the blogosphere as part of its domain. Thought you might be interested. –Jeffrey

It seems that the FTC disagrees with your thoughts on this topic. The FTC should go after the MSM and big websites and not bloggers. I agree with some of your points but not all. Voluntary disclosure would be a good approach in most cases.
