Maybe the term "networking" may not be around long, but the act of networking will. One may be at a party instead of a networking event, but even at the party ... you should still be networking (or whatever they will be calling it 15 years from now). Are you still making jewellery? It is a massive change in lifestyle and attitude as well as generally not having as much money but it is well worth it.
