My daughter has accompanied me to work long before I knew there was a national day for it. She understands everything from restaurant management, to warehouse management, to project management to software deveopment. She developed an understanding of how my day job impacted our home life. Now, it's great because I don't have the kid next to me trying to distract me from working anymore, BUT I also don't have my coworker working for like 3 hours while they are at the activity and now I have to cover for them. REALLY ANNOYING!
