More intelligent? More responsible? I really do not have an actual good answer for this one, but I can assure that even if you get a plastic surgery in order to look good, i dont think it will work the way you want, because it will never be a natural view of you. Plastic surgery is not necessary to look good, what you need to look good is just to take care of yourself, before letting another person to tell you, and even worse, making things just to make you "look good". Exercise yourself, eat good. Sometimes it is true that cute and beautiful people get more chances at most of the things, but does this necessarily means that they are better than others? Who the hell wants to risk cutting her clitoris then trying to explain to the ER that it was an accident instead of someone trying to mutilate her genitals? Not me.
