I had dinner with a group of bloggers on Tuesday in Austin that included Scott Allen, author of The Virtual Handshake, and he was singing the praises of this book. It's on my short list and looks extremely valuable. I hope Scott gets his wish and talks Will into turning it into a corporate training course. Great addition, Penelope!
