Could you tell me how to get hired at Google. I write about them and I'm awestruck. Now what to do about moving to California…

Actually I'm having a phone interview pretending to coach someone on marketing their web site. It's my second interview and a little tough to prepare for. It will be over the phone, 30 mins.
Any ideas?

My advice is to be yourself, take time to consider each question before you answer (don't rush) and structure your answers so they are succinct (nobody likes a long-winded answer). Good luck in the process. As for moving to California…the weather is beautiful here. :-)
