		<description>Whether you choose to serve it near room temperature or straight from the fridge is entirely up to you. I like it both ways, and have served this tart to people with a clear preference for one way over the other, so just do what works for you. And, as is the case with most chocolate desserts, it works extremely well when served with hot coffee.</description>

		<description>I think that another part of &quot;knowing when to make your move&quot; is realizing that, if you think it might be time, then management most likely has felt that way for a while.  I&#039;ve been in too many meetings where management worries about an employee being a &quot;flight risk&quot; and is making plans for the employee (and filling their spot) before the employee even considers it.</description>
