		<description>Penelope, I can&#039;t agree more. Being able to change of jobs give people a different way of thinking. I did it for a few years around Europe. Not only you get different training, you do different jobs, but at the same time you learn about yourself and about the kind of career you want to achieve.</description>

Because you don&#039;t have a job and you don&#039;t know how long it will take to find one, do you really want to put off the process of starting the search? But if the average time to find one is five months, I guess that&#039;s not that big of an issue.

I live my entire life based upon my &quot;next vacation&quot;, so I say two thumbs up!!!
