		<description>As a manager and owner of my own software company selling programs, I&#039;ve found that being a kind manager works very well for me. Of course, you&#039;ll always get employees who will try to take advantage of it but those are the employees you won&#039;t keep on-board for long.  Besides if you set the tone of kindness you are essentially setting the environment you expect your employees to abide by.  Win/Win situation!</description>
