		<description>I believe Pavlova originated in Australia, not New Zealand. Anna Pavlova, the Russian ballerina, visited Australia and the Aussies wanted to create a dessert in her honor…something light since she was so light on her feet. This light and fluffy meringue and fruit dessert was the result.

I make mine with strawberries, kiwis, and bananas and it’s a hit every time!</description>
