I've done very well as an individual contributer at my current job, and that's what got me this position... but as you state above, it's not about me & what I can achieve. That's hard to digest! However, this isn't project management anymore, it's people management. I will need to guide & support my team to achieve the company's goals. Thanks for the tips!
